BIG COUNTRY AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY
HOURLY RENTAL CONTRACT 2025 – 2026

The goal of the Big Country Agricultural Society is to provide, to the best of our ability, a venue which will enhance the success of activities held within our facility.

The Big Country Agricultural Society (BCAS) rate for rental is $52.50 per hour including GST of $2.50 or $393.75 per day including GST of $18.75. Daily rate becomes effective after 4 hours. A $200 damage deposit is required and will be returned upon inspection of the facility at completion of the rental. Please note that the renter is responsible for any damages occurring over the $200 deposit.

Payment of the rental is due upon booking.

The renter must sign a contract and a waiver before access to the facility will be granted.

RENTER RESPONSIBILITIESS

• Pay for any damages to the BCAS facility caused by activities at the time of rental
• Leave the facility in the condition it was upon arriving
• Clean up after animals and dispose of manure inside and outside of the arena
• BCAS strongly recommends that the renter acquire their own insurance.

CONDITIONS

• Only authorized BCAS personnel may operate the tractors.
• Liquor consumption is prohibited.
• BCAS reserves the right to rule on any issues that may arise concerning BCAS interests.

CANCELLATION POLICY

24 hours cancellation notice must be given to receive a full refund.

If cancellation notification is given less than 24 hours from time of rental, full payment is required.

Cancellation is permitted within 24 hours of the rental start time without penalties if due to inclement weather, impassable road conditions or ambient air temperature of -20 Celsius or colder at the time of the rental.
