BIG COUNTRY AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY
CONTRACT FOR FAMILY RIDING PASS 2025 – 2026
The goal of the Big Country Agricultural Society (BCAS) is to provide, to the best of our ability, a venue which will enhance the success of activities held within our facility.
FEE: $420.00 (GST included) PER YEAR
Riders may ride at any time that the BCAS does not have a scheduled event; the pass is not to be an admission or entry fee for any other BCAS function or functions sponsored by the Society or other functions within the facility.
• A family consists of immediate family living in one household
RESPONSIBILITIES OF A PASS HOLDER
- Call a representative of the BCAS before coming to the building to be sure it is available
- Sign the log book
- Leave people area as it was found
- Clean up any manure deposited during their stay
- Ensure lights are out, fans are off and doors are closed and locked upon leaving the building
CONDITIONS
- The riding pass does not give exclusive use of the arena - other pass holders may use the building at the same time
- Alcohol is not permitted without a liquor license
- If food is required BCAS catering services must be utilized unless they are unable to supply
- A yearly riding pass is in effect from October 1 to September 30 the following year regardless of purchase date
- A code will be given which will allow access to the building
- If a pass holder is found to be leaving their manure and mess behind, they will be assessed a commercial clean-up rate for the occasion in question
- The riding pass is not intended to provide a venue for activities that the pass holder uses to generate income (riding lessons or horse shoeing, etc.)
- Pass holder must sign a personal waiver before the code will be given to the holder.
